Were on the hunt for a curious, data-driven individual to join our team as a Remote Junior Data Analyst. What You'll Do

• Gather, clean, and transform raw data from various sources (spreadsheets, APIs, CRM exports) so its ready for analysis.
• Help build and maintain dashboards that showcase business metrics, customer behavior, and performance trends.
• Dive into A/B test and marketing campaign data to spot opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with senior analysts to craft reports that look great and are easy for non-technical teammates to understand.
• Perform exploratory analyses to uncover insights, patterns, or anomalies that could shape our strategy.
• Document your methods and findings in shared reports, so the whole team can learn from your work.
• Join our weekly team meetings to share your takeaways and contribute to ongoing data-driven projects.

Who You Are

• You hold a bachelors degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field or you have hands-on experience that demonstrates you know your stuff.
• You're comfortable writing basic SQL queries and working with databases.
• You have solid skills in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, basic functions, all that good stuff).
• Youve used at least one data visualization tool Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio, or something similar.
• Familiarity with Python or R is a big plus, but not a deal-breaker.
• You thrive when working independently and can meet deadlines in a remote environment.
• You communicate clearly in writing and over the phone/video calls.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $50,000—$65,000 per year (prorated if you join on a part-time basis), based on your experience.
