At F45 Central Houston , a top 5% performing studio nationwide , were looking for a passionate and experienced Head Coach & Training Manager to lead our coaching team, elevate member experience, and help drive studio success.
What Youll Do
As the Head Coach & Training Manager, youll combine expert-level coaching with leadership and team development. Youll lead classes from the front, mentor other coaches, and help maintain a culture of energy, accountability, and results.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading high-energy F45 group training sessions (18 - 22 classes per week)
Coaching members on proper form, modifications, and motivation
Recruiting, training, and mentoring part-time coaches
Managing trainer schedules and session quality
Working with management to hit weekly and monthly KPIs
Supporting the Membership Manager with onboarding and fitness consultations
Creating a clean, organized, and positive studio environment
Who You Are
3 +years of group fitness or personal training experience
Previous leadership or team management experience in a gym or studio setting
Outgoing, confident, and inspiring coaching presence
Strong communication skillsboth in-person and via email
Self-starter with a passion for helping others succeed
Certified by NASM, ACE, ACSM, or other nationally accredited programs
