The general contractor will look at an Assistant Project Manager that is on the cusp of promotion to a Project Manager. Or an existing Project Manager that is looking for a new career move.
Your new role:
You will be responsible for delivering healthcare interior construction projects in the range of $250K-$2M working at a well-known hospital in the DC area. This is an IDIQ program that will be generate a minimum of 3 years worth. As the lead Project Manager you are likely to have numerous projects running simultaneously. You will have the support of APMs reporting into you and you will interact with various external vendors including subcontractors, architects and engineers as well as being the main point of contact to the end client.
