Accounting Manager Location: Fully Remote (Florida residents only)
Compensation: $100K-$145K base (commensurate with experience) + 10% bonus

What You Will Be Doing • Lead the delivery of outsourced accounting services for multiple client engagements
• Supervise, review, and mentor senior accountants; ensure high-quality work and timely deliverables
• Prepare and review monthly financials, forecasts, and variance analyses
• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong relationships
• Review account reconciliations and oversee all aspects of monthly close processes
• Manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency
• Provide occasional on-site client support within the Florida region (minimal travel)
What You Will Bring • Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; active CPA required
• 5-10+ years of accounting experience, ideally within small/mid-sized public accounting
• Experience in audit, outsourced accounting, advisory, or blended public/industry roles
• Ability to review work, manage multiple clients, and deliver excellent client service
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
