Responsibilities 

• Collect and verify driver information, including truck number, load number, and scheduled appointment time, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for over-the-road truck drivers, facilitating smooth communication between warehouse teams, dispatch, and customer service.
• Coordinate routing and truck movement, optimizing yard operations for efficient loading, unloading, and scheduling.
• Conduct truck validations and inspections, ensuring compliance with documentation requirements while working in outdoor conditions.
• Maintain a clean and organized yard environment, following safety protocols and company guidelines.
• Promptly document and report any discrepancies or issues, such as late arrivals, incorrect paperwork, or damaged shipments, for timely resolution.
• Utilize basic reporting tools to track and update records, supporting logistics operations and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics, truck coordination, or a similar industrial work environment is required.
• Routing & Coordination: Prior experience coordinating truck movement and optimizing routing to enhance logistics efficiency.
• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with drivers and internal teams.
• Reliable Transportation: Must have dependable transportation to and from the worksite.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, stand for extended periods, and perform tasks that may involve lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Screening Requirements:
• Successfully pass a national background check.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Pay 

$22.50 Per Hour

Schedule

B2 Shift | 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM | Saturday - Monday
