Mid 5x8-Hour Shift (15:00 - 23:00)

\n\nJob Description\n

The Registered Nurse in the Operating Room will provide high-quality care to surgical patients, participating in all surgical procedures. Primary responsibilities include scrubbing and circulating for a variety of surgeries, including vascular, neurology, and transplant procedures.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

\n
• Provide direct patient care in the operating room setting
\n
• Scrub and circulate for various surgical procedures
\n
• Monitor patient status and report any changes
\n
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes
\n
• Float to GI unit or Center One Surgery Center as needed
\n
• Participate in on-call rotation and weekend coverage as required
\n

\n\nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n

\n
• 2 years of experience in an operating room setting
\n
• Previous charge experience required
\n
• Experience in Level I and Level II Trauma surgeries
\n
• BLS certification required
\n
• NBSTSA or NCCT certification preferred
\n
• PA or compact nursing license required at time of submission
\n
• BSN required
\n
