Position Overview:
The Staff Accountant will play a key role in managing project financials, accounts payable, and month-end close processes. This role offers a clear path to advancement into an Accounting Manager position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle general accounting functions, including financial reporting and reconciliations.
• Manage project financials, budgets, and cost tracking.
• Oversee full-cycle accounts payable and vendor payments.
• Assist with month-end close and financial statement preparation.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, project accounting, and financial principles.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
