Job Description

We are currently hiring "Warehouse Associate / Packer" for a premier client who specializing in an FDA registered nicotine product manufacturing facility with a strong TPMF filed and maintained by an industry trusted regulatory services provider. We are looking for candidates who desire to grow and gain experience in the Henrico, VA area!


Job Title: Warehouse Associate / Packers

Pay Rate: $14.00/hour with Weekly Pay


Schedule (Days and Time): Monday-Friday | 7:00am-3:30pm


Job Responsibilities

• Pack, label, and seal products according to company standards and customer requirements.

• Inspect items for defects or damages before packaging.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

• Operate packaging equipment as needed.

• Follow safety procedures and report any hazards to the supervisor.

• Meet daily production goals and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  
  
• Previous experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or packing roles is a plus (training provided).
  
  
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  
  
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
  
  
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Physical Demands:
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs using proper techniques
Able to stand / twist/squat/etc. for extended periods
Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
