In this pivotal role, you will have the opportunity to influence the retail landscape through innovative shopper marketing strategies. You’ll collaborate with various teams to drive revenue growth and enhance brand presence across multiple retail channels. Your contributions will focus on developing and implementing effective marketing plans that resonate with customers and elevate the shopping experience. This role aims to leverage data-driven insights to optimize performance and strengthen retail partnerships, making a meaningful impact in the market.

Accountabilities

  • Develop annual shopper marketing plans aligned with brand, sales, and customer business objectives.
  • Translate consumer insights and category data into shopper-centric strategies that drive conversion and loyalty.
  • Identify growth opportunities and create tailored programs for key retail accounts.
  • Design and execute omni-channel shopper campaigns including in-store signage, POS materials, demos, and digital engagement.
  • Partner with retailer marketing teams to plan and implement joint business initiatives.
  • Manage promotional calendars, ensuring alignment with seasonal and new-product priorities.
  • Work closely with Brand Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and execution.
  • Track campaign performance using sales lift, traffic, engagement, and ROI metrics.
  • Own the shopper marketing budget, ensuring accurate forecasting, allocation, and optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in shopper marketing, retail marketing, brand activation, or CPG marketing.
  • Strong understanding of retail ecosystems and customer-specific marketing.
  • Excellent project management skills; able to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to turn shopper and consumer insights into action with strong analytical thinking.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Passion for building and maintaining relationships, both internally and externally.
  • Possesses a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
