Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with project operations from client onboarding through regulatory approvals, production, execution, and reporting of promotional programs.
• Help maintain project or program plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure smooth operations.
• Track and report on project metrics and deliverables to keep stakeholders informed.
• Collaborate with internal production and marketing teams to ensure all aspects of the promotional program are accurate, compliant, and error-free.
• Support departmental operations and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Engage regularly with the project manager to ensure the timely completion and success of assigned projects.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in project management or client services, ideally within the healthcare sector.
• A proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Outstanding organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across multiple projects involving various stakeholders.
