The following skills are needed to perform the duties of a Service Advisor:

• Assist customers with their service repair needs by reporting vehicle issues and recommending needed repairs
• Ability to create estimates
• Assigns repair orders (RO) to the trained technician who can complete the necessary repairs
• Answers customer questions regarding their vehicle and handle any issues that arise in a timely manner
• Ability to follow service department process and procedures

Qualifications:

• Demonstrates good communication and customer service skills
• Demonstrates professionalism in the workplace
• Demonstrates time management skills to keep up in a fast pace environment
• Previous service advisor or service technician experience (4-5 years) required!
• CDK experience preferred but not required
• Must pass a drug test, physical & background check
