FIRST AND SECOND SHIFTS AVAILABLE
Overtime and weekend work as needed

Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented 1st and 2nd Shift Press Operator to operate and maintain production printing equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for setting up, running, and troubleshooting press equipment to produce high-quality printed or coated materials while meeting production, quality, and safety standards.
The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, quality-focused, and comfortable working in a production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and monitor press equipment during production runs
Load materials and adjust machine settings to meet job specifications
Perform quality checks to ensure output meets customer and company standards
Troubleshoot mechanical or material issues during production
Perform routine preventative maintenance and cleaning of equipment
Accurately complete production and quality documentation
Follow all safety procedures and housekeeping standards
Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet shift production goals
Qualifications & Requirements
Required:
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of experience operating industrial equipment (printing/press experience preferred)
Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to read job tickets, work orders, and production instructions
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Strong reliability and attendance
Preferred:
Previous printing, converting, laminating, coating, or screen print press experience
Experience in manufacturing or production environment
Familiarity with quality control procedures and documentation
