About the Role

This is an inbound, high-ticket closing position for a sales professional who thrives in a structured one-call close environment. You’ll be selling a proven $5K+ coaching program to pre-qualified leads who are ready to invest in their personal growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 8-10 inbound sales calls per day with warm, pre-booked leads—no cold calling
• Guide prospects through a structured one-call close process
• Effectively manage a pipeline of sales appointments , ensuring follow-ups and conversions
• Work in a high-performance, team-driven culture focused on Responsibility, Integrity, Service, and Execution (RISE)
