Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Service Plumber to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in diagnosing, repairing, and installing all aspects of plumbing from faucets, sinks, and drainage systems to tankless water heaters and water softeners for residential and commercial establishments. The technician will need have excellent communication skills in order to explain solutions to our customers.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Diagnose, install and repair plumbing fixtures, pipes, and water drainage systems.
• Ensure that local code regulations are met.
• Replace any products or equipment that do not meet current safety regulations.
• Troubleshoot and find the cause of various plumbing/equipment malfunctions.
• Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations and recommendations.
• Work independently and efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 2yrs plumbing service experience.
• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to work together as part of a team alongside other technicians and team members.
• Good manual dexterity
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
