Employee Assistance Program Free employee Black Card Membership including one free Black Card Membership for a direct family member General Manager Responsibilities The General Manager oversees gym operations to ensure an exceptional Judgement Free member experience and financial success. You will serve your community by enabling all people to enhance their lives. The General Manager leads a team in a positive, motivating manner with ongoing employee training and development, maintaining a profitable club. Work with the Area Director to formulate and implement revenue strategies. Ensure the club operates within the expense budget. Increase Black Card Memberships. Meet NFP standards regarding Club Stats such as closing %, BC%, secondary billing, PE@PF utilization, etc. Maintain a Club BER inspection % of 85 or higher monthly. Reduce club turnover by hiring, motivating, and developing competent staff focused on creating Raving Fans. Establish work schedules that maximize staffing while controlling payroll hours. Hold staff accountable to policies and provide timely counseling. Ensure accurate employee time tracking and approve timecards before payroll. Conduct timely One-on-One meetings with staff for development. Model Servant Leadership through daily interactions. Support staff with front desk activities, member tours, and club cleanliness to NFP standards. Address member issues promptly and courteously. Promote a safe and healthy club environment. Manage marketing efforts by training staff on promotions. Report member accidents through the NFP process. Provide backup support for staff as needed.
