Base pay range

$45,000.00/yr - $55,000.00/yr

This firm is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our Palm Beach Gardens office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the go-to person for administrative needs and thrives in a professional office setting.

Description

  • Greet clients and visitors and ensure a welcoming office environment
  • Answer and route incoming calls and emails in a professional manner
  • Manage mail and package distribution, including scanning and filing documents
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed
  • Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff, including calendar management, photocopying, and document preparation
  • Assist with file organization, data entry, and general clerical duties
  • Ensure conference rooms are prepared for meetings and client appointments
  • Support other office-related tasks and special projects as assigned

Profile

  • 2+ years of administrative or office support experience, preferably in a professional services environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • High level of discretion when handling confidential information
