Join Our Team as a Clinical Educator!

Role Purpose

As a Clinical Educator, you will be at the forefront of developing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs that empower our clinical staff. Your efforts will directly contribute to providing a superior patient experience for patients and their families. You will coordinate and manage house-wide educational initiatives that support our clinical educators and leaders at the unit and department levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage key house-wide or multidepartmental programs to support the educational needs of clinical staff.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate continuing education programs and curriculums that meet or exceed national standards.
• Collaborate with administration, patient care services, leadership, and key personnel to create effective education plans.
• Analyze developmental and educational needs while evaluating the effectiveness of educational activities.
• Design cost-effective educational programs tailored to adult learners based on sound educational principles.

Minimum Requirements

Education

• Master’s Degree in a relevant field

Experience

• 2-5 years of critical care RN experience

Licenses & Certifications

• Current RN or RRT license

Preferred Qualifications
