About The Role As a Medical Assistant and Receptionist, you’ll be the welcoming face of our clinic while supporting both administrative and clinical operations. Your enthusiasm for health and wellness will shine as you deliver exceptional patient experiences. Key Responsibilities Greet every patient with a smile, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere while upholding outstanding customer service standards. Assist patients with booking, rescheduling, and managing appointments with ease and efficiency. Answer inquiries about the Medi‑Weightloss program, providing clear and knowledgeable responses to patients and prospective clients. Handle phone, text, and fax communications, routing messages promptly and professionally. Support billing and coding tasks and monitor daily inventory levels for clinical and office supplies. Perform daily scanning and uploading of patient documents to maintain organized, accurate records. Ensure the clinic remains clean, welcoming, and compliant with OSHA and HIPAA standards. What We’re Looking For Customer Service Skills: Front desk reception or customer service experience (preferred, but not required). Medical Experience: Familiarity with a medical setting (preferred, but we’ll train the right candidate!). Language Skills: Bilingual in Spanish (preferred, but not required). Enthusiasm for Learning: Eagerness to develop new skills in the medical field, with comprehensive training provided in injection administration, EKG, phlebotomy, and more.
