At Garcia Roofing, we hire exceptional individuals who align with our values. Candidates must provide up to five professional references (including past managers, colleagues, and direct reports) and call their references to prepare them for our contact. 

All offers are contingent on successful reference checks.

Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy utility trailers and dump trailers to haul materials and dumpsters.
• Follow supervisor instructions for material delivery and pickup.
• Load, unload, and transport materials to job sites safely.
• Lift heavy objects manually or with a power hoist.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, machines, and equipment.
• Learn and operate necessary equipment safely.
• Return unused materials to the warehouse and ensure correct delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Valid Louisiana driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience hauling trailers is a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials.(50 Lbs.) 
• Forklift and trailer experience preferred.
• Must pass DMV check, background check, and drug screen.

General Information:

• Work Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • After hours and weekends may be required based on workload
