Salary: $81,000 annually $145,000 with tips and commission

Located between Dripping Springs and Austin, TX

We are hiring licensed massage therapists to join our busy Dripping Springs location at the Belterra Village Shopping Center on Hwy 290 West & Nutty Brown Rd.

Our environment is unique. We have a beautiful tea bar and a thoughtful selection of remedies, seven treatment rooms, and a beautiful yoga studio where staff enjoy free unlimited yoga and can utilize the space for hosting workshops.

We offer traditional soothing/deep/sports/prenatal massage, energy healing, body & facial cupping, craniosacral therapy, general & post-surgery lymphatic massage, table Thai, barefoot Ashiatsu w/Sarga silks, acupuncture, and facials.

Typical Earnings for Our Therapists

$55,000 annually for part-timers, and $110,000-145,000 for full-timers with tips and commission

Normal business hours

• Monday-Tuesday 9am-7pm
• Wednesday 9am-1:30pm
• Thursday-Friday 9am-7pm
• Saturday-Sunday 9am-5pm

Available LMT Hours (breaks are welcomed for shifts 6+ hours)

• Thursdays: 12pm-7pm, or 1pm-7pm, or 2pm-7pm
• Fridays: 12pm-7pm, or 1pm-7pm, or 2pm-7pm
• Saturdays, choose from: 9am-5pm, or 10am-5pm, or 11am-5pm, or 9am-1pm, or 1pm-5pm
• Sundays, choose from: 9am-5pm, or 10am-5pm, or 11am-5pm, or 9am-1pm, or 1pm-5pm
• If there are no matching hours currently available, tell me what days/times you are available. You can also request to be added to our sub list so that you will receive notice before future opportunities are made available to the public.
• You are not required to work weekends.
• Openings are always offered to existing staff, first.

Serasana is a Wellness Studio that fuses ancient wellness practices, specializing in rejuvenation through stress and pain management by blending acupuncture, yoga, massage, skincare, healing tea and remedies.

Reliability:Our schedule fills up with recurring membership appointments, as well as same-day bookings, so dependability is crucial to meet that demand.

On-call & Subbing Options:on-call shifts will be considered as long as you can arrive within 15 minutes of a walk-in booking. Subbing opportunities occur throughout the year. Current employees and subs are given first option to fill new openings.

Massage Pressure: applicants must be capable of providing firm-to-deep pressure consistently for 80 minutes. Visit our website to see the full list of massages we offer, including lymphatic, ashiatsu, etc.

Responsibilities

• Understand the Serasana model of health and wellness, and work together with fellow team members to help our clients take full advantage of available offerings.
• Provide massages ranging from 25-110 minutes for appointment holders and walk-ins.
• Consult with clients regarding their current needs, medical history and overall wellness.
• Guide clients through our service offerings.Recommend treatment plans that can includesuggestions forbetter health includingyoga, acupuncture, meditation, tea and other remedies toassist clients in their wellness journey.
• Take detailed histories, including information about injuriesand chronic health conditions. Complete SOAP notes after each session.
• Customizesessions around specific complaints or problem areas.
• Provide client with Wellness Prescription after each session.

Qualifications

• Current Texas license for massage therapy

Requirements

• Frequent bending at waist
• Ability to assist disabled clients
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Live a tobacco-free lifestyle.
• Report to work free of any adverse effects of drugs or alcohol.
