Top Flight Executives is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate individual to join our team as a  Marketing Campaign Assistant ! In this exciting role, you'll take the lead in executing promotional marketing efforts that boost brand awareness for our high-profile clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Bring your vibrant personality to life by planning and executing promotional marketing events that captivate audiences and create lasting impressions.
• Set up engaging promotional displays and visual merchandising to enhance the event experience and drive brand visibility.
• Develop and execute creative promotional materials that align with our innovative and forward-thinking brand.
• Contribute to sales initiatives by supporting the team to help achieve new goals and expand our reach.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with business partners, clients, and stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration.

Qualifications:

• College degree in marketing, advertising, sales, or a related field preferred but not required.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales promotion, marketing, or advertising is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for engaging and connecting with others.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities to ensure smooth execution of events.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, contributing to our culture of achievement and success.
• Flexibility to work some nights and weekends for events and promotions.
• Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• A passion for providing outstanding customer service to clients and consumers.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Important Information:

• This position requires working  onsite at our office in Pittsburgh, PA, and at client vendor locations. This is  not a hybrid or remote role .
