Data Process Enhancement Professional

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive professional to join our team in a role focused on enhancing our data processes. This position involves updating and maintaining our custodian system to ensure that our KYC data is complete and accurate, alongside managing a repapering initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Revise the custodian system by identifying and filling in any missing KYC data fields.
• Support the review of client records to determine which forms need to be repapered.
• Clearly and promptly communicate repapering requirements to advisors.
• Monitor and track the progress of repapering activities, escalating any issues that arise.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure an efficient and coordinated process.
• Keep thorough and accurate records and documentation throughout the data management and repapering process.
• Participate in additional ad hoc projects as necessary.
