Job Opening: Stockroom (Kitter) Associate (Electronics Manufacturing)
Location: Longmont, CO
Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay: $20–$22/hour (based on experience)

• 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM–4:00 PM
• Every Other Friday: 6:30 AM–3:00 PM
• Alternating Fridays Off

We’re seeking a skilled Stockroom Associate with experience in electronic kitting and ERP systems. This role supports a dynamic electronics manufacturing environment and offers the opportunity to grow into a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle electronic components with ESD and MSD protocols.
• Verify and kit parts for SMT programs using load lists and kit sheets.
• Operate digital volt multi-meters and reel counters.
• Create inventory labels and manage inventory transactions in Profit Key.
• Pull kits, fill shortages, and support production work cells.
• Prepare components using hand tools and machines.
• Participate in cycle counts and physical inventory.
• Support receiving and shipping operations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow ISO standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with electronic kitting and ERP systems (OCuity preferred).
• Familiarity with IPC-DVD-64C Component Identification.
• IPC-A-610 Modules 1 & 2 certification.
• Ability to read and interpret kit sheets, work instructions, and drawings.
• Comfortable working with small components and using magnification tools.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
