In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support to our Italian-speaking clients, ensuring they receive top-tier assistance and guidance on our products. Responsibilities Provide high-quality technical support to Italian-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat. Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience. Document all customer interactions and technical solutions in the CRM system. Educate customers on product functionalities and best practices to ensure optimal usage. Coordinate with other teams to escalate complex issues when necessary. Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to enhance customer support. Requirements Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous. Prior experience in technical support or customer service is preferred. Strong analytical skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex technical information. Proficient in using CRM systems and technical support tools. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote working environment.
