Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous patent prosecution law firm experience,
- Patent bar membership,
- Background in one of the following fields: cell or molecular biology, immunology, biochemistry, bioinformatics, organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry, cancer biology, pharmacology, biophysics, or digital health focused disciplines or biomedical, mechanical or chemical engineering
- For attorneys: Law degree from accredited law school
- Experience with drafting and prosecution of medical device, mechanical, and basic electrical technology-related applications desired
- Preference for additional patent or work experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, chemical compositions, and/or software.
