As a Freelance Recruiter, you will be instrumental in connecting healthcare professionals with top employers, ensuring that crucial positions are filled with the best talent.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Source Top Talent: Proactively search for and engage qualified healthcare professionals for a range of assignments, both travel and local.
• Lead Generation: Creatively generate leads through social media platforms and our CRM database, building a strong pipeline of candidates.
• Candidate Outreach: Leverage your communication skills to connect with prospective candidates via phone, text, and social channels, guiding them through the recruitment process.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with candidates, understanding their needs and aligning them with suitable job opportunities.
• Educate and Advocate: Provide candidates with insights into the benefits of healthcare careers, helping them find roles that align with their personal and professional goals.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure candidates have a positive experience throughout the recruitment process, making them feel supported and valued.
• Results-Driven: Stay focused on meeting and exceeding recruitment targets in a flexible, commission-based role.
