NPR Fence is Hiring: Lead Fence Installer & Installers/Helpers   Lake Stevens, Washington

Lead Fence Installer

Pay: $68,000 – $90,000/year (DOE + Prevailing Wage Opportunities)

Responsibilities:

• Lead crews on residential, commercial, and government installations
• Read and interpret  blueprints, site plans, and specifications
• Install a variety of systems including  high-security chain link , wood, vinyl, ornamental iron, and custom fencing
• Operate equipment such as augers, post drivers, and skid steers
• Ensure job site safety, quality, and efficiency
• Train and mentor crew members in modern tools and techniques
• Communicate clearly with customers, inspectors, and office staff

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of fence installation experience
• Experience with high-security chain link fencing is required
• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints
• Prior leadership or foreman experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to lift 80+ lbs and perform physically demanding outdoor work
• Experience with government or public works projects is a plus

Fence Installers / Helpers

Pay: $48,000 – $67,999/year (DOE + Prevailing Wage Opportunities)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in fence installations of all styles and materials
• Load/unload materials, dig post holes, mix concrete, stretch wire
• Use tools and equipment safely under crew supervision
• Learn modern techniques through  hands-on training
• Keep job sites clean and follow safety protocols

Requirements:

• Construction or landscaping experience is helpful but not required
• Willingness to work hard, learn, and grow
• Valid driver’s license required
• Able to lift 80+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions
