Handyman Tasks & Duties (What you'll do)
Experience as a handyman a must !!
Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision
Responsible for the maintenance of the facility - inside and out
Clean building and keep it maintained
Complete general building maintenance.
Lock doors after hours
Perform repairs needed throughout the facility
Ensure mechanical equipment is in working order and fixed as necessary.
Notify supervisors or managers of major repairs
Collect and take out trash
Keep cleaning supplies in stock
Handyman Shift Info
Day Shift, - 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
Monday - Thursday
Maintenance Worker Qualifications (Requirements/Skills)
Custodian experience preferred
Willingness to work early morning or late night shifts
Ability to work well under minimal supervision
Capacity to take direction
Strong attention to detail
Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 30 pounds as necessary
Able to pass a background check
Able to work in the US
