JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our advanced plastic surgery office is looking to add to our team in hiring a full-time Medical Aesthetician to join our rapidly growing practice. We are seeking an extremely polished individual with strong work ethic and a positive attitude to assist our nationally recognized surgeon. This position is for someone that loves the cosmetic industry and has a passion for helping others look and feel their best! The ideal candidate will display professionalism, excellent bedside manner, a strong sense for detail, an abundance of positive energy, and a strong command in performing all medical aesthetician duties. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Responsible for creating a 5 star patient experience

-Must be experienced and proficient in the following: Hydrafacials, microneedling, broadband light, fractional laser, microdermabrasion, extractions, dermaplanning, medical grade peels, and facial massage.

-Consult with clients to assess their requirements, make informed recommendations and explain services, assist them to select appropriate treatments, and ensure their care and satisfaction

-Ensure treatments start and end on time

-Maintain knowledge to promote and sell services and retail products

-Ensure work areas are clean and tidy, equipment is sanitized and linens are clean at all times, and treat clients in a courteous and empathetic manner.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Provide a wide variety of facial and body services

-Adhering to appointments in a timely manner by monitoring time schedule and time management

-Welcoming clients in a warm, friendly manner, accompanying them to and from treatment rooms, and thanking them sincerely on departure.

-Interviewing clients to obtain information about contraindications, and examining skin to evaluate suitability of treatments.

-Advising clients on skin care, and recommending suitable home care regimens with products we offer.

-Engaging and conversing with clients during sessions on topics relating to their interests.

-Maintaining product knowledge to promote and sell retail products.

-Adhering to policies pertaining to chemical usage, and cleaning, sanitizing and maintenance of equipment.

-Caring for linens and replacing them between sessions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

-Florida state license to practice as an Esthetician

-Effectively manages and follows up with all inbound leads and answers all emails/call within a 24 hour period

-Provides all leads with information on procedures, recovery, and cost estimates

-Maintains an expert level of knowledge of all practice services and procedures

-Promote surgeon and surgical results

-Assist with in-person and virtual consultations

-Customizing the care plan for each patient

-Provides patient education, coordination, and scheduling for all surgical patients

-Highly articulate, well-poised, polished, congenial, with a strong problem-solving ability

-Professional appearance always with a professional and polite demeanor

-Accountable and highly motivated

-Ability to effectively build rapport and trust with prospective patients

-Phone, email, and personally communicate well with prospective patients. A company cell phone will be provided to communicate with all patients.

Halo Laser

Radio Frequency

Broadband light

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

-Outstanding people skills

-Ability to maintain client confidentiality

NOT REQUIRED, BUT BONUS POINTS FOR:

-Experience in a plastic surgery office

-3+ years industry experience

-Professional sales experience

COMPENSATION:

Commission based
