Why This Role

This is an open-ended position for experienced founders who have been through the startup journey before. If you understand startup culture, have faced the challenges and hardships firsthand, yet still love the process, this role is for you. Job type: Full-time 70hr/week (50 hr/week onsite with flexible hours + 20 hr/week work from home)

Salary: $150K - $310K

Equity: 0.1% - 1.0%

Bonus: $15k - $100K

Location: San Carlos, CA, US

Interview Process

• Conversations With Co-Founders You'll go through several focused conversations with Retell's co-founders. We go deep on product thinking, technical ability, and cultural alignment. We move quickly, keep things respectful and transparent, and treat every candidate like a potential future teammate.
