Temporary Role | We Norwegians | Salt Lake City, UT (Hybrid or Remote)

We Norwegians — a Scandinavian lifestyle and apparel brand known for its premium merino wool collections — is seeking a Shopify-savvy Ecommerce Coordinator to support our U.S. website and retail operations during the winter season. This is a temporary/freelance role (20–30 hours per week) providing hands-on assistance with merchandising, content management, and digital coordination while a key team member is on maternity leave.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update products and collections on the U.S. Shopify site.
• Oversee product recommendations and “ Goes Well With ” sections in the Search & Discovery app.
• Maintain accurate product availability and promptly remove sold-out U.S. items.
• Build and refresh collection landing pages using Shogun or similar tools.
• Run weekly ecommerce and merchandising reports following existing templates.
• Collaborate with the marketing team in Norway to organize and deliver imagery for paid ads to marketing agency.
• Support retail store staff with sending local email newsletters through Klaviyo .
• Coordinate with the team on operational tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day website and retail integration.

Qualifications

• Strong, hands-on experience in Shopify Admin (non-developer role).
• Operational understanding of ecommerce processes — from product setup and merchandising to content and reporting.
• Familiarity with Shopify apps (Search & Discovery, Klaviyo, etc.) and page builders such as Shogun
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of operational details and brand consistency.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort collaborating with a small, distributed team (Sharepoint, Google Drive, etc.).
• Bonus: apparel, retail, or lifestyle brand experience.

• Type: Temporary Role (Approx. November 2025 – March 2026)
• Hours: 20–30 hours per week (flexible schedule)
• Location: Salt Lake City or Park City, UT preferred, but open to remote within U.S. time zones
• Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience
• Other: Weekly meetings with Oslo-Office, must be able to take meetings at 8AM.
