We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Client Support Representative to join our team. This role focuses on providing exceptional support in facilities maintenance and repair. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers and vendors, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and empathy.
Provide accurate information about services and solutions to meet customer needs effectively.
Process transactions and perform data entry with precision and attention to detail.
Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or gather feedback.
Maintain organized and thorough records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance overall service quality.
Requirements:

Strong knowledge of construction projects and specific trades, such as plumbing, electrical, doors, windows, flooring, HVAC, etc.
Hands-on experience with facilities maintenance and repair is essential.
Familiarity with basic financial transactions and processes.
Previous experience in customer support or client services is highly desirable.
Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining clear communication with customers.
Availability to work remotely from home, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
