Job Title: Remote Claims Adjuster

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze policy coverage, claim details, and legal requirements to ensure proper claims handling
• Communicate with policyholders, third-party vendors, and legal teams to gather all necessary documentation
• Negotiate settlements with claimants and recommend claim approval or denial based on findings
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of claims, investigations, and communications
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations governing claims handling

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Claims Adjuster or in a similar insurance role

• Strong analytical and investigative skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple claims in a remote setting
• Knowledge of insurance policies, claims procedures, and industry regulations
• Must have reliable internet and a quiet, dedicated workspace
