Job Description
We are seeking a Call Center Supervisor to join our team!
Manage a team of 20-25 agents by handling hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluations; monitoring daily operations and call quality to ensure performance targets and service standards are met; and acting as a point of escalation for complex customer issues
-Call Center Supervisor ( Temporary Position for 4 months)
-Pay ranges from $20-22 (DOE)
-Must have open availability Monday-Friday 9am-9pm Rotating Saturday from 10am-4pm
-Eastside Area
-Bilingual (Preferred but not required)
- Mandatory Overtime
