Applicants should have at least 4 years of experience and should be able to prepare and argue law and motion, handle court appearances, take depositions, prepare and propound discovery, complete status evaluation reports, and handle all aspects of litigation. This position requires strong analytical and research ability as well as excellent writing skills. Candidates must possess a creative legal mind, be a self-starter and be able to work independently both in-office and remotely.
