Team works onsite at our Burlington office in North Carolina, not a remote position.

We're are seeking appointment setting pros that excel at making friends fast! We're looking for two talented talkers to immediately join our team! The right candidate will be a goal-oriented, problem solver with a naturally positive, outgoing demeanor.

The right candidates are energetic, genuinely upbeat, and are wanting more than "just a job." We want real team players who like a challenge and can excel in a fast-paced environment. This position can be part-time or full-time. Call center hours of operation are Monday through Friday and Saturdays from 10:00 to 3:00. Top talent can make more than $31 per hour with bonus & incentives. 2 weeks paid training.

Responsibilities

•Conduct calls to prospective customers to generate leads and schedule appointments
•Follow up with prospects and customers to insure exceptional service
•Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system
•Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the sales manager
•Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques through training and feedback sessions

Qualifications

•Previous experience in customer service, sales, food service, call center, or other related fields preferred
•Ability to build rapport quickly with clients
•Ability to prioritize and multitask
•Naturally outgoing, positive, fun demeanor
•High level of organization and attention to detail
•Excellent typing and communication skills
•Strong computer experience, customer relationship management software experience preferred Leap Windows and Doors
