Responsibilities:

Flight begins with you at Spirit AeroSystems, a place where you can explore your interests and grow your career by working on impactful projects. The Human Resources intern will be assigned to a specialized area of the human resources organization such as talent development, talent acquisition, or labor relations. During your internship you will be able to apply your education to assignments while obtaining relevant experience in Human Resources.

As a Human Resources intern you can expect to:

• Work with functional team members on assignments
• Conduct research, benchmarking and stakeholder interviews
• Assess data and information, create recommendations
• Solve problems, negotiate and prioritize work
• Collaborate with others within the company to help inform a solution
• Interface with various levels of leadership
• Gain exposure to all functions within human resources

Also, should you be selected as a 2026 Spirit AeroSystems Summer Intern, you will have exposure to several activities including:

• Multiple Manufacturing Plant Tours
• Professional development workshops
• Project Expo (An opportunity to present an intern project for Executive Leaders)
• Social/Networking Events

Requirements:

• You must be a US Person (US Citizen or US Permanent Resident)
• You must be enrolled full time in a university degree program aligned to the area of internship.
• You must be a current sophomore, junior, senior or graduate student in good academic standing.
