Responsibilities:

Booking & Coordination:

• Assist clients in booking travel services, including flights, accommodations, cruises, car rentals, and tours.
• Use online booking platforms to process reservations accurately and efficiently.
• Customize travel recommendations based on client needs, preferences, and budgets.

Customer Support:

• Provide exceptional service through phone, email, and online chat.
• Answer questions about travel destinations, itineraries, and policies.
• Handle changes, cancellations, and other requests with professionalism.

Collaboration & Growth:

• Work closely with team members to provide seamless travel experiences.
