Clark & Washington, P.C. is looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Legal Document Specialist. In this role, you’ll help ensure our clients’ cases move forward smoothly by preparing legal pleadings and scheduling hearings with precision and care.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and process legal pleadings based on work orders
• Schedule hearings for objections and motions
• Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to clarify and complete work orders
• Research and resolve questions related to submitted work
• Coordinate with internal departments to expedite urgent pleadings
• Keep templates updated and organized
• Take on additional tasks as needed to support the team

​ Qualifications:

• Strong reading and written comprehension
• Excellent attention to detail and active listening skills
• Fast and accurate alphanumeric data entry
• Critical thinking and time management abilities
• Knowledge of Best Case, Microsoft Outlook, Access, Excel, and Word
