FULL JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Job Title: Window Treatment Installer
• Location: Boca Raton, Florida
• Job Type: Full Time 
• Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour 
• Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week 
• Schedule: Monday to Friday 

SUMMARY

We are seeking skilled and meticulous Installers to join our team, specializing in the installation of high-end, custom motorized shading and window treatments. This role involves executing precise installations in various high-end residential and commercial settings, ensuring that each installation not only meets but exceeds client expectations for quality, functionality, and aesthetics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installation work and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in dynamic environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Install custom motorized shading solutions, window treatments, and related automation systems according to detailed project specifications.
• Ensure all installations are completed with precision, maintaining the integrity and functionality of the product.
• Prepare work areas for installation, including setting up necessary tools and materials.
• Diagnose and resolve any operational issues with installed products, providing basic maintenance or adjustments as needed.
• Coordinate with the shop or technical support for more complex issues.

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Have 2+ year experience in installation or construction; Custom Shades, Blinds, Shutters and Drapery 
• Motorized Shades and Blinds with remote control
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record 
• Clean appearance and excellent customer service skills are a must.
• Preferably have your own tools: drill, measure tape, hammer etc.
