As a Water Restoration Technician, you will play a key role in providing water extraction, drying, and mitigation services to residential and commercial properties impacted by water damage. You will work closely with our project managers and customers to ensure properties are restored efficiently and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to emergency water damage calls promptly, assessing the damage and initiating water extraction and mitigation procedures.
• Set up and monitor drying equipment, including dehumidifiers, air movers, and other tools.
• Perform moisture mapping, infrared inspections, and structural drying to ensure properties are properly restored.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including damage assessments, equipment usage, and drying progress.
• Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, and team members throughout the restoration process.
• Follow safety guidelines and best practices to ensure the safety of yourself, your team, and the property.
• Provide excellent customer service, explaining the restoration process and managing expectations with clients.
• Clean and maintain equipment and vehicles in good working order.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in water damage restoration, general construction, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Strong understanding of water restoration processes, including moisture detection, drying, and dehumidification techniques.
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments (lifting, bending, etc.).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required.
