We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to fill the role of Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Clerk. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to our operations while growing your career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and invoices
• Transfer and store materials in designated locations
• Pick, pack, and ship domestic and international orders, including hazardous materials
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments
• Prepare and process shipping documentation, including customs paperwork
• Collaborate with carriers and freight forwarders to ensure timely and efficient deliveries
• Participate in cycle counts and physical inventory

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalency
• 2-4 years of experience in warehouse shipping and receiving
• Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Experience with shipping software and systems (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
• Bonus: Experience with Air Waybill (AWB) and Automated Export System (AES) filing

Benefits:

• Salary: $42,000 - $47,000 annually
