A rapidly growing logistics provider is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to lead multiple distribution and warehousing sites. This is a strategic leadership role focused on ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, driving performance improvements, and maintaining strong service levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse, distribution, and on-site logistics operations across assigned facilities
• Lead staffing, training, and performance management for operational teams
• Serve as a key contact for customer coordination and service delivery
• Track and improve performance metrics through structured reviews and reporting
• Implement cost control measures and optimize resource allocation
• Promote a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement
• Conduct regular site assessments and customer touchpoints to identify improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to support operational needs and technical requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 6+ years in warehouse, distribution, or logistics operations with progressive leadership responsibility
• Strong background in people management, KPI performance, and process improvement
• Familiarity with lean practices or operational efficiency methods
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Valid driver’s license
