Join a dynamic $200 million B2C and retail manufacturing company as a full-time Warehouse Operations Manager. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package. This exciting role involves leading warehouse operations, including production scheduling, order fulfillment, inventory control, and shipping logistics, with a custom printing/ labeling. You will manage a team of approximately 10 direct reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations: production scheduling, order fulfillment, inventory control, and shipping logistics.
• Collaborate with the Print Manager and team to enhance small-volume, customized product printing processes.
• Ensure adherence to production schedules while maintaining quality and minimizing waste.
• Lead, train, and evaluate a diverse team, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all warehouse activities.
• Partner with internal departments to align operations with client needs and delivery timelines.
• Drive strategic improvements in production, warehouse, and logistics operations; report advancements and opportunities to management.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company-specific safety standards.
• Establish performance metrics and KPIs for team members and prepare reports for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse management experience, preferably in promotional printing.
• Strong expertise in customizable printing technologies.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP platforms, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
