Hope Network is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) at all experience levels to support individuals in residential, community, and rehabilitation programs across West Michigan. What You'll Be Doing:
Provide person-centered support for daily living, community participation, and skill-building activities.
Assist with medication administration, behavior support plans, and health/safety monitoring as trained.
Transport and accompany individuals to community activities, appointments, and employment as needed.
Document progress, complete charts, and submit incident reports accurately and on time.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, families, and supervisors to implement individualized plans.
Mentor and support newer staff (lead roles) and participate in ongoing training.
