About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to join their mission-driven, growth-stage organization. The successful candidate will be a key leader in a finance organization that is strategic, operational, and tech-enabled. This high-impact role involves a wide range of responsibilities, including operational excellence, FP&A, strategic planning, M&A, and investor communications. The VP of Finance will work closely with the executive team to define the company's financial narrative, optimize performance, and drive decisions that create value. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years' of progressive finance leadership experience, with a strong preference for those with a background in SaaS, EdTech, or Healthcare. They should be a strategic thinker, tech-savvy, and possess exceptional communication skills. The role requires a leader who can tie operations to strategy, support growth initiatives, and leverage technology and AI to modernize the finance function. Experience in supporting corporate strategy, fundraising, M&A, or investor relations is essential, as is a proven track record of building and scaling finance teams that operate as strategic business partners. The VP of Finance will also be responsible for fostering a culture of excellence, ownership, and innovation within the finance organization.
