About the Role

We are seeking reliable, professional Van Drivers and Private Car Drivers to join our client's transportation team. Drivers will be responsible for safe, timely passenger transport, maintaining excellent customer service, and ensuring vehicles remain clean and well-kept. Ideal candidates are punctual, courteous, and familiar with the DFW area.

• Safely transport passengers to and from designated locations
• Operate company vans or cars
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional vehicle environment
• Follow assigned routes or adapt based on traffic and customer needs
• Assist passengers with boarding, luggage, and special requirements
• Communicate professionally with dispatch and clients
• Complete daily logs, mileage tracking, and trip reports
• Adhere to all local, state, and federal driving regulations

• Valid Texas driver’s license
• Clean driving record (no major violations in the past 3 years)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Reliable transportation
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs if assisting with luggage
• Knowledge of Dallas/Fort Worth routes and traffic patterns
• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Experience driving 10–15 passenger vans
• Previous shuttle, rideshare, courier, or passenger transport experience
• CDL with passenger endorsement (plus not required)
• Bilingual is a plus (English/Spanish)

• Competitive hourly or per-trip pay
• Daily or Weekly payouts
