Position: Traveling Tour Manager ( 3 - 4 MONTH CONTRACT )

Pay: $1,000/week + hotel accommodations

About Us: Join a dynamic team that brings the joy of coffee to different cities every weekend! Join a vibrant and fast-growing coffee shop looking for a dedicated Traveling Tour Manager to lead weekend events across the country.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Drive to various cities for weekend events
• Oversee and work at events, representing our coffee shop
• Set up and break down event equipment
• Conduct supply runs to ensure all materials are available
• Manage a team of event staff
• Send detailed reports post-event
• Handle financial responsibilities, including cash management
• Perform additional duties as required to ensure event success

Qualities We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to work long hours, and fully available for a 3 - 4 month contract.
• Strong team player with a collaborative spirit
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities
• Enthusiastic about joining a team of highly motivated individuals
