Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

\n

• Work 8.5-hour day shifts from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM
\n• Full-time position with no weekend requirements
\n• No on-call requirements
\n• No floating requirements between locations
\n• Expectation to complete at least one study per hour
\n• Work with both hospital and outpatient populations
\n• Temp to perm opportunity available
\n• Graduate of an accredited school of Ultrasound Technology required
\n• 1 year of ultrasound scanning experience preferred
\n• Basic computer experience required
\n• BLS certification via AHA required
\n• Must hold one of the following: Sonography (S) by ARRT, Abdomen (AB) RDMS by ARDMS, or Obstetrics & Gynecology (OB/GYN) RDMS by ARDMS
\n• Preferred additional certifications include: Vascular Sonography (VS) by ARRT, Breast Sonography (BS) by ARRT, Breast (BR) RDMS by ARDMS, Adult Echocardiography (AE) RDCS by ARDMS, or Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) by ARDMS
\n• Perform routine and advanced imaging procedures
\n• Handle movement, set-up, and operation of medical ultrasound equipment
\n• Troubleshoot basic maintenance and participate in quality assurance
\n• Ensure completed exams are scanned and stored correctly in PACS
\n• Follow PACS downtime procedures as a PACS Superuser
\n• Demonstrate flexibility to work other shifts or campuses as needed
\n• Maintain professional behavior and communication aligned with organizational values
