This is a remote position.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Remote Travel Operations Manager to join our team.

In this role you will play a key role in overseeing and managing the operational aspects of your travel bookings ensuring efficiency accuracy and exceptional service delivery.

This is a remote position offering the flexibility to work from home or remotely while earning competitive commissions on travel bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Travel Booking Management: Coordinate and manage travel bookings for clients including flights accommodations transportation activities and other travelrelated services.
   

2. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients providing personalized assistance addressing inquiries and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the booking process.
   

3. Supplier Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with travel suppliers vendors and partners to secure competitive rates negotiate contracts and access exclusive deals and promotions.
   

4. Operations Oversight: Oversee all aspects of travel operations including reservation management itinerary preparation documentation processing and quality assurance to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery.
   

5. Sales and Commissions: Drive sales growth and revenue generation through proactive promotion of travel packages upselling opportunities and commissionable addon services maximizing earnings potential.
   

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients suppliers and team members.
  
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in managing travel bookings and operations.
  
• Must be 18 Years of age and legally authorized to work in your country
  
• Proficiency in travel booking systems reservation platforms and related technology tools.
  
• Selfmotivated and resultsoriented with a passion for travel and a drive to exceed targets and goals.
  

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while also collaborating effectively with team members.
